On Tuesday, March 25, former Lincoln County High School standout Will Phillips’ current college team, the Oglethorpe Stormy Petrels, lost 10-9 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Covenant Scots.
The game took place at Hermance Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Scots this season.
The Stormy Petrels’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, March 27 at 6 p.m. at Loudermilk Field against Piedmont Lions.
