Women's Swimming and Diving Secures CSCAA Scholar All-America Team Accolade for 58th Consecutive Semester | The University Of The South
Announced by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) on Thursday, Feb. 2, the University of the South women's swimming and diving team achieved the CSCAA Fall Scholar All-America Team honor for the 57th straight semester, dating back 29 seasons.
The women's team posted a 3.455 team grade point average (GPA) to achieve the award. The GPA is the eighth highest in the athletic department. 17 on the team posted a GPA of 3.5 or better for the Advent Semester, with 12 being named to the Dean's List.
The Tigers were one of 184 women's teams from NCAA Division III to earn the award. To qualify for the award, the team must have a term GPA of at least 3.0.
The Southern Athletic Association (SAA) was well represented, as six of the seven swimming and diving teams were listed on the release. Below are the teams, ranked by GPA.

The Tigers return to the pool this week for the 2023 SAA Championships, starting on Wednesday night from the Birmingham CrossPlex.
