A message from Sheriff Bill Phillips in reference to Law Enforcement Appreciation Day:
On behalf of the men and women of the Sequatchie County Sheriff’s Office, I would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone for their show of appreciation during Law Enforcement Appreciation Day. In a time when there is such an effort from radical politicians and marxist organizations to push a false narrative which diminishes respect and appreciation for our nation’s men and women in uniform, it is comforting to see so many in our community who see through these lies and continue to stand with our law enforcement. I too want to offer my appreciation of all who serve in this nation and around the world but especially to those in our agency.
