Census Bureau: More women than men in Fayetteville in 2020

Of the 7,046 people living in Fayetteville in 2020, 53.1 percent (3,741) were women and 46.9 percent (3,305) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Cumberland News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 4. In the 65 and over age range, there were 918 females and 481 males.
