On Tuesday, April 1, former Cascade High School standout Elijah Green’s current college team, the Eastern Illinois Panthers, won 14-8 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Butler Bulldogs.
The game took place at Coaches Stadium at Monier Field. This was their first matchup against the Bulldogs this season.
The Panthers’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 2 at 3 p.m. at Coaches Stadium at Monier Field against IU Southeast Grenadiers.
