On Sunday, March 16, former Lincoln County High School standout Will Phillips’ current college team, the Oglethorpe Stormy Petrels, won 18-10 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Berry Vikings.
The game took place at William R. Bowdoin Field. This was their third matchup against the Vikings this season.
The Stormy Petrels’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 18 at 3 p.m. at Covenant Baseball Field against Covenant Scots.
