On Tuesday, March 25, former Marion County High School standout Sara Muir’s current college team, the East Tennessee State Buccaneers, won 13-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Winthrop Eagles.

The game took place at Betty Basler Field. This was their first matchup against the Eagles this season.

The Buccaneers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 29 at 1 p.m. at Betty Basler Field against Furman Paladins.
