On Tuesday, March 25, former Cascade High School standout Elijah Green’s current college team, the Eastern Illinois Panthers, lost 15-14 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Northern Illinois Huskies.
The game took place at Coaches Stadium at Monier Field. This was their first matchup against the Huskies this season.
The Panthers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 28 at 6 p.m. at John “Sonny” Allen Field against Morehead State Eagles.
