On Tuesday, April 8, former Cascade High School standout Elijah Green’s current college team, the Eastern Illinois Panthers, won 18-10 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Northern Illinois Huskies.

The game took place at Ralph McKinzie Field at Walt and Janice Owens Park. This was their second matchup against the Huskies this season.

The Panthers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 11 at 6 p.m. at Capaha Field against Southeast Missouri State Redhawks.
