On Wednesday, March 19, former Cascade High School standout Elijah Green’s current college team, the Eastern Illinois Panthers, won 22-6 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Arkansas-Pine Bluff Golden Lions.
The game took place at Torii Hunter Baseball Complex. This was their second matchup against the Golden Lions this season.
The Panthers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 21 at 3 p.m. at Coaches Stadium at Monier Field against Lindenwood Lions.
