On Wednesday, April 23, former Cascade High School standout Elijah Green’s current college team, the Eastern Illinois Panthers, won 11-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Illinois Wesleyan Titans.
The game took place at Coaches Stadium at Monier Field. This was their first matchup against the Titans this season.
The Panthers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 25 at 6 p.m. at USI Baseball Field against Southern Indiana Screaming Eagles.
